We use a web form for ticket creation that includes the osTicket User information fields (email address, full name, company, phone number) defined in the Contact information form. There are no changes in the original Contact information form. The email address and name are stored in the DB and also displayed in the ticket information and user info dialog. However, the input values for company (required) and phone number (if provided) are obviously not recognized in the web form. They are not stored in the DB (the fields are there but no values are stored) and not displayed in the ticket information (phone) or user info dialog (company and phone). Only if we input the user info manually as staff members, the values are stored.My question is, what can be the reason that the web form input for company and phone number are not stored?Thanks in advance for any advice.
