When issue is resolved and ticket is closed, OOF reply reopens the ticket.since OOF reply it only sent once a day, it is not a big deal, especially now, when only handful of users testing osTicket, but if we roll it out to the whole company, it will be a nuisance plus it will affect reporting, especially for number of reopened tickets. And number of reopened tickets can be seen as helpdesk not doing their job right.There need to be a way to filter out OOF replies.
