This ticket is currently locked by ...

Yesterday I upgraded from 1.8.1 to 1.9.2

Now when a stuff member reads a ticket and closes it again, the ticket is still signed as locked.
I changed "Agent Collision Avoidance Duration" to 5 min - as a solution the ticket is unlocked after this time.
But this is not the smart and elegant way ...

With version 1.8.1 the ticket got unlocked in the same second, the stuff member left the ticket.

Any ideas?

  • You can set Admin panel -> Settings -> Agent Collision Avoidance Duration to 0 to disable it if you want.  Personally we use 2 minutes here.

    But I know, of course I can disable this feature, but then I can not use it.
    If disabled I can read a ticket but I can not see, if anyone else is already working on this ticket.

    And finally it worked perfect with the previous version!

    Unfortunately I can confirm this, despite I'm not using osTicket that long.
