osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
Messages sent out by our OS Ticket installation (1.9.2) are being received as blank and images are coming through as blank attachments instead of embedded into the email themselves.
I've come up with a temporary workaround by disabling rich text, but we would really like to have rich text enabled in our ticket system.
Any thoughts, tips, cryptic whisperings would be greatly appreciated.
