Unable to create ticket by email even after correct configurations


I recently installed osTicket v1.9.2 on my Linux VPS, and configured it.

All configurations went well, and emails were also configured.

I have my email services of Google apps, and the IMAP +SSL config was done succesfully.

Now when someone sends a mail to the department email ID, the email doesnt get fetched by osTicket, and no ticket is logged.

What can be the reason, and how can the same be resolved.

Does it require some kind of settings on my Linux Server?

Please guide.
