Blank ticket


Please help.

When I click on a ticket to view it's content the page becomes blank. This happens on any ticket.

The preview functionality (bubble) when hovering over the ticket id doesn't work either.

The last ticket we updated contained an attachment, could this be a data related issue?

Please please help :-(
