create a new field in new ticket

I need to create a new field in one combox new ticket but can not find the path to the insert in the database a new ticket, anyone can help me?


  • You do not need to edit the database directly to do this.
    Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details and add your new field there.
