Phone Number not saved

While I am creating a new ticket either by API or by the OS-Ticket GUI, everything working fine but the phone number is not saving, when i open a created ticket than it shows all the data but the Phone Number column is empty while i entered this when the ticket was created.

  • That column is a placeholder, you should ignore it.
    Click on the ticket and it will display the information.
