[resolved] Email Access Link

Hi,
I have a problem with the access link sent to users via e-mail.
When I click the link in the e-mail, I get sent to a blank page.
The url shown in  the browser is like this: my_domain_name/tickets.php?id=5X

System Info:
osTicket Version: v1.9.1
Server: Apache/2.2.25
PHP Version: 5.3.3
MySQL Version: 5.6.19

Thank you

I'm having the same problem, all e-mails are blank. They contains only a "noname" file.
    I have this in error_logs:

    I use:
    PHP 5.5.14 (cgi-fcgi)
    MYSQL 5.5.38-log
    osTicket: 1.9.2
    Apache: 2.2.15-30.el6.centos
  • @Dylan: if you are getting a blank page you will need to consult your php error logs and see what the errir is that is being logged.

@Kaos please start your own thread.  Thanks.
  • Hi ntozier,
I have this error in  my php error log files:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method OsticketConfig::showRelatedTickets() in ..\include\class.nav.php on line 284

    Can you help me?
    Thanks.
  • Solved with the restore of the file class.nav.php from the original file.
    Now it works!
    Many Thanks.

  • Very welcome @Dylan.  I'll presume that you were modifying your source files?  Let me know and I'll close this thread.
  • Yes ntozier, I have modified the file.
