Mark closed tickets Read-Only after specific duration
Currently if any user responds on a closed ticket, response reopens the ticket. I understand that, there's nothing available at present to close the tickets permanently.
It would be really helpful, if a facility is made available which will enable admins to Lock the 'Closed' tickets permanently and mark them as Read Only after specified duration of time.
