Hi, I'm having issues with user registration, specifically it appears the activation e-mail doesn't get sent. Outgoing mail works well using the PHP mail function. Users receive ticket updates, the admin account receives errors by mail, etc. From the Staff Panel I select Users > User Directory > click on a user > Register to launch the registration. The result is Unable to send account activation email - try again! (see attachment)The following error is logged is the system logs: "registration-client: Unable to retrieve template" and the admin account receives the following in the mail:registration-client: Unable to retrieve template https://<actual URL of the ticketing system>.Looking at the e-mail settings everything is set to the defauIlt setting. The template is the osTicket default, set to Active and In-Use "Yes".Hope someone can shed some light on this. Very weird problem. Thanks!
