All of a sudden somehow replies sent to an email by clients get received double in OSTicket, also the notification email gets sent twice.We tested from 2 different accounts, sometimes a reply is only received once, while the next moment every reply is received double again. We did not have this problem in earlier versions of OSTicket, and it didn't happen until recent in the latest version of OSTicket.We didn't change any email settings.
