Hi all,I would greatly appreciate some help with regards to LDAP.I have the newest version of osTicket and the LDAP plugin installed.I have setup the LDAP plugin and gotten the following message:LDAP configuration updated successfully. I haven't gotten any errors in my osTicket or PHP logs.(I have got LDAP working with our company CMS already with the same details.)
I have then created a staff member with the username that they use in our company and changed their Authentication Backend to Active Directory or LDAP.But they cannot login with their username and password. It just says "access denied".Am I doing it correctly? Is there another step that I am missing?Also, could I ask about the client authentication? How does this work?Does the client still have to register or can they just sign in with their company username and password without doing anything or do you have to add the user like you have to with the staff member?Also, should I be able to see all of the company users when I am creating a new ticket as a staff member so I can choose to submit it on their behalf?Thanks a million for all of your help.
