Hi there,I'd like to know where client contact data is stored.Had a look into the database twice but I cannot see it anywhere.I just mistyped the telephone number of a client and would like to correct it. Usually this would work by editing the data from a ticket but the telephone field has a but so I'd like to do it manually.Where is the data stored?
in your data base.If you upgrade to 1.9.2, you'll be able to manage these data (import, export, group customer by organization)...
i dont use phone variable but i use other customed variables and they goes to table st_form_entry_values try to look there.

Click on any ticket owned by the user.Click on the users namein 1.9.2 click edit.in older versions click (1.9.0 and 1.9.1) click on the users name again in the new window.Edit the phone number.Click Update User.
