It would be nice, if you could add organizations to specific SLA, and even have the SLA as normal work hours
i have costumers only pay for support monday - friday 09:00 - 17:00 ... if they create ticket friday evening then it should not overdue before monday 10:00 etc..
and make special auto responder on this as well
