Hello,I have a problem fetching emails using OSticket (1.9) No matter what email I try, I always get "Invalid login. check IMAP settings"the username is correct.I've enabled error reporting by adding to main.inc.php </div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"><pre style="box-sizing: border-box; border: 1px solid rgb(221, 221, 221); line-height: 18.571430206298828px; overflow: auto; padding: 1em; font-family: monospace, Courier; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; word-break: break-all; word-wrap: break-word; border-top-left-radius: 4px; border-top-right-radius: 4px; border-bottom-right-radius: 4px; border-bottom-left-radius: 4px; background-color: rgb(249, 249, 249);">ini_set('display_errors',1);
ini_set('display_startup_errors',1);</pre></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;">and the error reported is </div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: rgb(238, 238, 238);">Warning: imap_open(): bad type specifier while parsing parameters in /server/path/helpdesk/include/class.mailfetch.php on line 141</span><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;">
line 141 of the mentioned file reads:</div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><span style="line-height: normal;">$this->mbox = call_user_func_array('imap_open', $args);</span></font><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;">
Any ideas what it can be?the OSticket log in the dashboard shows nothing related to this error.I'm monitoring my /var/log/maillog using tail -f /var/log/maillog and I don't see any connection is happening when I save the changes.is there a better log file I can view to see more details why it fails connecting?
