Hi Folks,I am consider myself newbie in osTicket community and having not more than 2 months osticket experiance.. well I am here to looking suggestions/solutions for determining values from email based generated ticket if some one advice or suggest solution briefly would be appericited.I like to send emails to the mentioned emails in system generated emails/tickets. For example x system sending emails to helpdesk email, which contain other email address in body, by default osticket can auto response to the sender, however here i would like to send email to not sender but another email which is written in body. can someone please advice how can we archive this with osticket. I have seen "FORMS" in Manage section but didnt get ideas well and not sure whether this feature will help me on this requirement or not.Thanks,
