I have a new 1.9.2 install of OS Ticket through Cpanel on my server. I have it setup with my client info. I have enabled automated collaboration for Add to all tickets from this organization but each user assigned to that organization can still only see their tickets. They can not see other member tickets. I signed up for a hosted trial at OS Ticket and configured it the same way and it works as expected and all all users can see all tickets for their organization. Any ideas on what I can check? Thanks.
