You don't have permission to access /osticket/scp/tickets.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Getting this error intermittently.
Not quite sure why.
Thought it might be if I didn't select a canned response, but now getting it even if I do.
It is a random issue with particular tickets - others are fine for the same user at same time as getting this error.
Once occurred not quote sure of what steps result on clearing it - nothing consistent.
V. frustratingly as otherwise this is a brilliant support system, but I cannot release it to other staff than me as they won't cope with the unresolveable error messages .
System log would suggest that these coincide with an "API unexpected data error" which I seem to have a lot of.
I have reinstalled twice (to different directories) to try and resolve this to no avail.
