Hello,I have tried servial things but non working.i use the latest osticket and have set a external cron job http://mysite.com/ticket/api/cron.phpbut i get the error back cron.php only supports local cron calls - use http -> api/tasks/cronalso i have set a api with the ip to allow it from the ip.but the emails dont come in (only from the web form)can you help me please?Greetings
cron.php is not intended for external remote calls.You should use rcron.php (after editing it) instead.You might also try consulting your PHP error log and report any errors that you are seeing.
Yes already saw that on google about rcron.but tought it whas for a older version because i cant find that on the system.is there a way to download rcon.php or is there a code to create that file?

i only see 3 files of the core systemsand a sub pluginsi dont see a archive folderdo i need to activate something?

Download the 1.9.2 archive.Extract it.open the folder.switch to the scripts folder.copy the file rcron.php to your installation.
