1) The staff is creating new tickets tickets are not being created
properly, most of the time even with the confirmation page page that
says tickets has been created, a confirmation emails is sent with a
ticket number but the ticket does not exist..Emails are not sent until after the ticket is created, so this is not possible. It is far more likely that you do not have access to view the department that the ticket was assigned to.2) Sometimes when tickets are market as closed tickets are gone completed from the system. When tickets are closed if the person who closed it is not in the department that the ticket is in, the lose access to it. (see answer to 1)Also please do not high jack other peoples threads.
