Hello,The following happened while configuring the osTicket in my company:We have configured the AD and works perfectly. We add as guests all the desired users. Just the first one was activate for use, as it was one of the staff members and he would make some tests in the system.To help make some tests, we created a user with NO email account in the domain.Right after that, before adding the user as a guest in the users directory, we tried to login with its credentials and, for our surprise, it worked!The problem is, it wasn't logged as this test user. It was logged as the very first user in the top of the Users Directory! We deleted the top list account and the user started to login as the new top list account.After creating an email account to the test user, the bug was gone.
