First of all thank you for osTicket – it’s a fab application.On the admin side of the knowledge base, for internal KB articles, I would like to include blocks of PHP Code for reference purposes. This is so I can keep track of pieces of PHP code I have written.At present if I try and include PHP code it is stripped out when I try and save.I can save attachments with my PHP code in but it does not index, which makes it hard to find!I do not want the customer front end to be able to submit raw PHP code for obvious reasons. But I would like admin staff to be able to save code for internal use only.I tried to unsuccessfully search the forum and can find no mention of this situation?Is there a way to enable a code (
