staff dep cant c other dep ticket Great, but he can c all users why?
the ticket are distributed by different staff/department... so a staff member can see only ticket assigned to him...
why a staff member can see ALL user list? he should see only user who opened a ticket in his department and not the name/surname and other info about other user.
