Only the current staff member showing up under ticket activity
When I Go into Staff Panel > Dashboard > (Select time period) > Statistics > Staff
Only the staff member logged in can see the amount of tickets they've done. Is this a setting somewhere so I can see ALL agents ticket activity? Even with an account that is an admin, all I can see is myself. There has been activity from other staff members.
Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: Nevermind. I had to set the setting under Admin Panel > Staff > Groups > *team name* > Can View Staff Stats.
I had ticked that box, but I had to log out and back in to see it's effects.
