Hello,We are using osTIcket 1.9.2, PHP 5.5.11, Windows Server 2008 R2 and IIS 7. Everything is working great, LDAP plugin is successfully connecting to AD and authenticating users, but when we are creating a ticket from a staff panel some users show in parentheses "remote", for example I am searching for user named "John Smith" and lets say as soon as I type "John" I will see a list of users like this:"John Williams""John Smith (remote)""John Johnson"All of the users are retrieved from active directory, but when I click user that has "(remote)" in its name, my ticket information won't be populated (name, email phone number), while any other user I click, information will be populated. What could be reason for this?
