Dear Members,I am trying to upgrade osticket from ver. 1.7.9 to 1.9.2 but everytime i tried "something went wrong" and everything messedup it is very difficult to upgrade OSTICKET is not smooth as it should be.after many attempts it upgraded to 1.9.2 with many errors in error logs and here is the main issuehttp://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=7761a73you cannot see ticket list, you cannot create new ticket and you can't reply it looks that footer is gone on those pagesWe have 10000+ tickets in our database.Any help in this regards will be appropriated.Thank you,
