Implement field 'Customer info' shown in all tickets of a customer but only visible for staff

it would be good to have a field in the ticket where staff can write notes about the customer which is visible and editable in all the customers tickets but is invisible for the customer itself.


  • You can create a custom field that will be empty for all tickets and only viewable internally by staff. But as far as I know, you can't create a field with pre-populated data (though I reserve the right to be wrong).
  • This functionality already exists.  You can do it by adding an internal note, or by creating an adding an internal custom field.
  • Yeah but I think he want's to have a note appear on every ticket whenever a specific user creates one.
