I'm having some trouble with the pipe functionality provided by the pipe.php module of OSTicket and I was hoping you guys could help.I've just completed an upgrade from OSTicket 1.7 to 1.9.3 with the 1.9.3 files downloaded from the osticket.com website. I'm super happy with the upgrade. I struggled with PHP version compatibility , and had to delete the OSTicket directory's .htaccess file to use the single PHP source on my shared host.Anyway, since the upgrade and deletion of the OSTicket .htaccess file, I can no longer open a ticket via email through the pipe. Forwarding appears to be working fine, but it seems that OSTicket and pipe.php just aren't sucking it up correctly. No errors get sent back to the user and nothing appears in the php error logs.In case you're wondering, this is what was in the .htaccess file which needed to be deleted.# Use PHP5 Single php.ini as defaultAddHandler application/x-httpd-php5s .phpI have corrected the first line of pipe.php to correctly point to PHP 5.4 on my server#!/usr/php/54 -qIt didn't work before I changed that line, and it still does not.Error logs for OSTicket root and API are empty since I began troubleshooting this..
