Hello everybody, we are using LDAP to authenticate users we use it both for backend and fronted. Now when user logs in frontend and create a new ticket, all information are automatically populated from LDAP. Since our LDAP does not contain user phone number, is there a way to show this field anyway? I've tried to create new field on Contact information form, but even with new field, LDAP populates only columns that has information for, rest of it doesn't even show. We want users to leave their phone number once they create a new ticket.
