[resolved] How to remove "BULK" from the subject line of autoresponder emails when ticket created?

Anyone have an idea how this can be accomplished?


  • I have a feeling this is added by the exchange server that we are using as the email for sending auto-responses and such.  I tried playing around with the class.mailer.php and files but I was unsuccessful in preventing this from being displayed in the subject line.
  • The exchange server was the culprit.  If anyone has this problem it is most likely a problem with a spam filter residing on your email server.  Thought I would let you know for anyone else encountering this particular problem.
