Hi,Long time coming, I'm finally going live with osTicket 1.9.3. I've hit some usability issues quicker than I'd hoped.Firstly, creating a new ticket from staff panel the user popup appears. When typing a name in the search box nothing gets returned. Then when the user details are added the duplicate error appears.Not sure why. This is a fresh install.I am deploying this for use in a hospital to track equipment breakdowns. Often equipment arrives in the workshop with a note describing the issue. No name, no email. I have created a user named "Unknown" which will just populate the ticket with filler info.Is is possible to remove the requirement for an users email from each new ticket?I realise this might have repercussions for ticket response behavior.. Other than having a dummy user, any other suggestions? Thanks in advance
