3 Main Features missed

osTicket is very useful. But I can not use it with 3 main features missed:
1- Multi-language. It's also difficult for upgrade later.
2- Ticket status: I can not edit/define/translate into own language, even edit in hard code. And no have more status for Front-end (only with: Open & Closed).
3- Default Name Formatting: not same between Front-end & Back-end. (Such as: Fullname is good for Front-end).
Please upgrade osTicket with this features!

    2. Is also in the works, and looks like it will be ready for 1.9.4.

    3. I totally do not follow this suggestion.  Please be more specific in what you mean.
    You can use the Admin panel -> Settings -> System -> Default Name Formatting.
    You can also use different email template variables in your templates to address you users differently.

    3- Account Name (Staff Name):
    - Staff's now only with First & Last, not with Fullname (same User in Front-end).
    - And "Default Name Formatting": not effect for Staff Name in Back-end.
