Hi,I thought there was a "Your ticket has been closed" email template, but I can't see it.Admin Panel > Emails > Templates > Default TemplateIs this correct?
These is no "ticket closed" template, and there never has been.
I had it confused with the canned response.I edited a sample to create a canned response advising ticket has been closed.
Thats what we do. We also have a link to a survey site in our "0 - Closed w/ Survey" canned response. So that we can do exist surveys. I am of course hoping for a "closing ticket" template down the road. :)
