I have managed to add a few new fields to the built in form - , and when a user creates a ticket; he/she can enter information in.The problem I am having is that the information from the new fields does not save to the ticket - in other words it disappears.Is this an issue because it is a built in form? I dont want to put this information in a custom form because I am already using a custom form. I have had a look in the database and all seems to be setup correctly - is there something I need to do in php to enable this?Any help you can give me will be appreciated.CheersJon
