Upgrading from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3

Helloo Guys,

Can anyone suggest me how can i upgarde osticket 1.9.2 to 1.9.3

    On my end, I'm using "Softaculous" in a cpanel account, it's very easy to upgrade via Softaculous.


    I hope this helps. If you need more help, let us know about your specific environment.
  • 1. Make a backup/copy of your osTicket directory and mysql database
    2. Set Helpdesk to "offline" in Admin Panel -> System -> Helpdesk Status
    3. Download osTicket 1.9.3 from www.osticket.com/download
    4. Extract the downloaded file locally and copy the content from the "upload" folder to your osTicket directory (replacing all existing files) and make sure that the file rights / permissons are correct afterwards
    5. Go to the Admin Panel, re-enable the Helpdesk (Admin Panel -> System -> Helpdesk Status -> Online)
    6. Do some basic tests! Create new ticket, reply to the test ticket etc.
