Merge Tickets

Many of our customers send tickets with the same subject, this I would like to merge. Is this going to be possible in the future?


  • +1.  This would be VERY helpful.  Customers often create new ones when they should be updating current ones. Sometimes the new ticket summary (email subject) is "Never mind" or "It's fixed". :(
