Staff dashboard ticket stats "Open tickets" is missing
It has occurred to me that there is no "open" tickets on the ticket stats dashboard, which is the one I want to see most.
I guess it is the sum of created, assigned, overdue, and reopened.
Another one which might be good is "Stale"
