notzier is correct, currently this is not possible thru the UI.
But here is my suggestion, how I would easily make an external mod for that which runs every x minutes / hours / etc. as a cronjob.Create a little php script which goes thru every user in the osTicket sql database and checks in which organization this user is. Then it copies / adds the organization's internal notes from the organization about "active & paid support" into the internal note of the user (using an sql insert/update query). This way, your osticket installation files on the webserver are untouched and you can let this little script as often as you like. So, in case you really want to do this, please note:a) this requires some sql and php knowledgeb) setup a clone of your live system and test it there!Greetings,MichaelPS: This way we fill our users info from ldap attribute (office location, mobile number, etc.), so I know it's hard work (to create the script), but when nothing changes in the mysql database structure, you do not have any troubles when it comes to updates / new osTicket versions ;)
