closed tickets does not appear in the listing staff, only for the administrator

Good evening, I upgraded my osTicket to version 1.9.3, and was ok. But I noticed that the technician to close the ticket, it does not appear in the list of tickets closed it only appears to the coordinator and administrator. Anyone know what to do?
