I have osTicket 1.9.3 installed.
my outgoing email seems to be working when I update a ticket but I was wondering if there is a way to send an email confirmation to someone who submits a ticket?
a user/customer opens a new ticket.
they get an autoresponse confirming that their message was received, gives them their ticket number, tells them what their SLA is and when they should expect a response.
if this is already a feature it doesn't seem to be working for me.
