Update a ticket if it is from same email and same subject
I'm using OS Ticket V 1.7.0 .I has a requirement where I want to update existing ticket through email based on the subject & from email .When I sent email with same subject two times(new emails) ,it is creating two tickets instead of updating the same ticket .Is there any Mod available to achieve this ?I searched the forum,but couldn't get any information.
