Weird issue here. Cron Job is working fine with windows task scheduler. Can send emails to create tickets and reply to tickets to update the ticket (seems like this may only happen if I am logged into the Ticketing system). However, regardless when the reply is added to the ticket the software does not send an update to the user. If I reply through the web portal they get an alert...any ideas? Error logs show nothing (PHP,OSTicket,Windows Event Log).
