We do it by having a generic account for the organization, that has an email address associated with it which is actually a mailing list that goes to everyone in the agency. (allusers@domain.tld)
tnx for your answer.The problem with this solution : - 1 user will can't answer via mail to the ticket (since is personnel mail isn't in recipient) - all user have to have the same vue ( administrative vs technique)
