[resolved] Stale Ticket Emails and cronjobs
Please can anyone help with this.
We find stale ticket emails are being sent only after logging into OST. We don't have email polling setup instead are using piped emails. Please can someone direct us which php script needs to be setup as a cronjob so that stale ticket emails are sent even when not logged into OST and do we need to set an API key for this.
We are running OST v1.9.2 on a LiteSpeed Webserver.
