I'm on osTicket 1.9.3, unmodified.CentOS 6.5MySQL 5.1.73Apache 2.2.15 (CentOS)PHP 5.3.3PHP extensions: gdlib, imap, xml, xml-dom, json, gettext, mbstring, pharScenario:User submits osTicket via email (working as expected).User receives osTicket email based on "New Ticket Auto-response" (working as expected).Staff receives " email based on "New Ticket Alert" (working as expected)If the staff member replies via the osTicket web portal, his reply is appended to the ticket, and the user gets an email based on the "Response/Reply" template (working as expected). If the user replies via email to the original "New Ticket Auto-response" or to the "Response/Reply", or the "New Message Auto-response", his email reply is also added to the osTicket (working as expected). The user then gets another "New Message Auto-response" confirming that his message was added (working as expected). Now, the wierdness:If the staff member replies to the email, his reply is appended to the ticket, but the user receives NOTHING. I was expecting the user to receive an email from either the "Response/Reply" or the "New Message Auto-response". The user got neither one.Staff does not get notifications (no staff member assigned yet, and no checkbox for "department members" or "team members" on the "New message alert" selection under Admin - "Alerts and Notices", so I'd say this is working as expected, although I wish I could select "department members or "team members). This is minor compared to the previous item.Is this working as designed? Am I missing something in the setup? I'll attempt to attach screenshots of the relevant config pages.Thanks.Jack
