Hi!First of all: sorry for my English.I'v got: osTicket Versionv1.9.4-rc2 (9f54e67)Server SoftwareApache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)PHP Version5.5.9-1ubuntu4.4MySQL Version5.5.38I created new ticket #000910 at 2014-09-17 16 (date in DB), but in the DATE field on Ticket Form shows 17/09/2014 16.My timezone in Global Settings is same as setting in My Preferences.Minute are always = "09".Anyone encountered this problem and how it is decided?
can anyone else confirm this behavior?
Can't confirm.Everthing ok here! Date in database and on the ticket form are 100% the same.Must be something in the setup, but not a bug I think.EDIT:Just noticed another discussion with the same issue, but here is everything ok.http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//problem-with-date-time#latest
I just resolved my problem.I checked the date format in "System Settings and Preferences" and have found a mistace.After hour parameter it was "m" instead of "i" (Time Format: H:m)."m" - numeric representation of a month,"i" - Minutes with leading zeros.
Thank you for sharing your solution with us!
Not at all.I didn't try to setup English version, i chose Russian language pack. May be it's a bug of multilingual support.
Maybe a mistake in the language pack?!Okay, it is a issue in the language pack, just checked the translation over at crowdin.Informed the russian proofreaders about the issue - I guess they will correct it, so that it's not included in the next release of the russian language pack anymore.
Yes, you're right:mistake is in the language pack.I opened "ru.phar" in Notepad++ and lines #16,18,19 are wrong.15 core:16 time_format: H17 date_format: d/m/Y18 datetime_format: d/m/Y H19 daydatetime_format: 'Y M, D j H'
