I've been trying to setup a mail piping scheme. The configuration was pretty straight forward, but I have a problem with the autoresponse.Whenever I send a mail to the piped mailbox the following happens:-A new ticket gets created.-A mail message to admin is sent warning about the new ticket.The thing I'm missing is the mail message to the sender indicating that a new ticket was created, the autoresponse. I've tried with different settings, different departments, different templates and nothing. I have another mailbox with a POP3 setup and the autoresponse works as expected.The sender does get mail feedback on ticket activity, it's just the autoresponse.I'm lurking right now into the php code and I see that the autorespond has a composite logic from many components. I'll do further research, but it's late and I figured out I'd just post a message also.
