I'm testing version 1.9.3 and cannot find any events that trigger 1) New Ticket Alert, 2) Ticket Transfer Alert, 3) New Activity Notice, 4) New Ticket Auto-reply, 5) New Ticket Auto-response. All others seem to work or we are not using. Under Admin Panel/Settings/Alerts and Notices all alerts are enabled and one or more check boxes per alert are checked. What events trigger these email templates?
