Hi,OSTICKET 1.9.3I have just installed the file storage plugin on my osticket installation.1. Downloaded the file2. Uploaded to include/plugins3. Go to admin/manage/plugins and set the file path (just a folder name)4. Go to admin/settings/tickets and choose the new folder for the location to store filesThen I sent an email to the osticket with an attachment. The ticket was opened and the message arrived with the attachment complete and working. However, when I go to FTP and check the folder, I can see it has created a new sub-folder in the folder I created, however there is no file in this folder?What have I done wrong?Thanks
